Technical Writers (Telephony) required in TRG

Senior & Mid-level
· 2+ or 4+ years experience
· Data Center switching documentation experience
· Knowledge of Telephony and Call Center Technologies/Avaya, Cisco, Nortel, Aspect etc.
· Experience with at least one PBX/ACD or related switching technology is a plus.
