We are in the process of implementing Hotel PMS with online booking website with integration to GDS and payment gateway. We are looking for individuals preferably Indian applicants, to be active during the software applications implementation and to support post implementation. Support ad-hoc inquiry support- Support roadmap development (including mocking up and documenting requirements for online/interactive solution)- Creation of operational reporting- Strong SQL abilities Detail Oriented- Analytical- Strong verbal and written communication- Strong math and statistical background, a plus- Ability to work and thrive in a multi-tasked, fast paced environment- Proven ability to meet daily deadlines Data Auditing across multiple systems 5+ years creating operational reports from a SQL database- 5+ years analyzing business drivers and providing insights to business stakeholders- 5+ year’s technical documentation- 5+ years experience in Hotels PMS, Travel and tourism Software Preferred- BA/BS degree in MIS or Accounting or related discipline.
