Our client, an international shipping organisation is seeking to recruit a Help Desk Agent to join the Dubai office.
Responsibilities: To receive all requests and provide support services to customer who requires assistance resolution within defined Service Level Agreement (SLA). Helpdesk agent reports to the Global Application Support (GAS) Team Lead who operationally manages the resources.
General Purpose of Job - Mission
As part of the GAS team which is providing application support services to worldwide users on a 24 x 7 maintaining 3 shifts, the key activity of the helpdesk agent is to provide customer satisfaction at all time, this will consist of understanding the customers users requests very quickly, analyzing the issue and providing himher with a solution or time frame of solving the issue. It is the helpdesks responsibility of providing a value added service to the customerusers.
