Our client, a rapidly expanding semi government organisation is looking for a UAE National Procurement Manager to join their growing team, reporting to the Director of Finance and Procurement. As the Procurement Manager you will be responsible for monitoring overall procurement and contract activity, developing and maintaining procurement strategy processes and procedures and ensuring that they are properly implemented. You will have an input into basic planning and budgeting and ensure punctual, qualitative and cost effective processing of goods and services required by different departments. To qualify for this position you will hold a Degree in finance or accounting. You will have a minimum of five years experience working specifically in procurement within a semi government environment, with strong management experience. http://www.charterhouseme.ae
