A large and established company in Abu Dhabi is looking for an SAP HR Functional Analyst for their IT department. Reporting to the Applications Manager, the SAP HR Functional Analyst is responsible for ensuring high quality SAP HR module implementation and adoption in all of the company's subsidiaries. Other key responsibilities include; providing value analysis for the proposed implementations, SAP HR configurations, ABAP debugging and testing, configuration of compensation management, and providing reports on the status of SAP modules adoption. To be considered for the position you must have a Degree in computer science or similar and have a SAP certification (HCM). All candidates must have at least four years hands-on SAP implementation experience in a multi-company environment with proven ability to translate business needs to technical requirements. Experience in different SAP modules integration and experience in integration between HR and FI are a must as is excellent communication skills. Arabic will be advantageous and all candidates should have excellent knowledge of UAE labour laws.
