Our client, specializing in diversified banking products, is currently looking for a Senior Manager -Order Management. Responsible for the Order Management and Sales Support for complex, machine and software solution projects through the whole sales and delivery cycle in ME and AfricaAlso responsible for all customer related purchase activities within the Group and external suppliersKey areas of responsibilities will include Managing the Order Management team in establishment and follow up of quotations tenders together with the Sales, Operations and Finance teamManaging and control incoming sales orders for the complete product range and for the complete process cycle i.e. from purchase of goods to delivery and finally collecting outstanding paymentsManaging customer contracts, payment securing guarantees like Letter of Credits, deliveries according to INCOTERMS, Export Control Issues Managing customer contracts, payment securing guarantees, deliveries, Export Control Issues and ensuring customer orders are executed according to agreed contract Process sales orders internally and externally (ERP system, suppliers, freight forwarders, etc) Develop appropriate staff skills in accordance to organizational business requirementsSupport AMCs, Spare Part Orders, Sales Outlook, Distributor Management
