Job Description:
Operating System Installation and Maintenance
3rd Party Software Installation and Maintenance In-house software installation and Administration
End user PC / Laptops Hardware Maintenance
Follow procedures for urgent requests by end users
Routinely check end users PC?s for viruses, malware, spy wares and update related scanners
Check end users LAN / WAN connectivity statusCheck and maintain print media / scan media status such as: print servers, copiers and scanners.
Skills Required
- Good English communication skills spoken and written is a must.- Microsoft Certified (MCP, MCSE etc)- Well presented, friendly manner- Must be flexible with schedule- Organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines- Work effectively under pressure and/or stringent schedule and produce accurate results.- Work independently, exercising judgment and initiative- High physical energy levels- Good time keeping, and excellent attendance and health records- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to manage and priorities time and multiple activities.
