Senior Project Manager
CureMD Corporation is looking for Senior Project Manager, for its operations in Florida, US and Lahore Pakistan. The dynamic individual will be acting as senior consultant in establishing and operating upcoming projects in US. Must have Professional technical systems and project completion skills and abilities to manage, design, engineer, develop, and implement information security systems for customer applications.
Job Description
-Acts as a key interface between external clients and internal project staff, performing the role of client advocate -Envisions, Plans, directs and coordinates activities in order to ensure project goals are accomplished within defined scope, time, and cost constraints - Consults with management and reviews project proposals to determine goals, time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing the project, staffing requirements and allotment of resources - Performs the role of Sr. Business Analyst as described in the duties and responsibilities for that position Formulates and defines technical scope and objective of various projects. - Identifies and schedules project deliverables, milestones and required tasks - Coordinates and communicate the expectations, assignments, status and plan with the project team - Provides leadership and direction to the project team, and facilitates conflict resolution and team building - Directs and coordinates tasks of the project to ensure project addresses the stated goals, remains on schedule and within established budget - Establishes procedures for project reporting and documentation - Reviews statuses and modifies schedules as needed - Performs project scope and objectives planning and definition, and implements appropriate change management methods and measurements for a project - Prepares reports and keeps management and clients informed of project status and related issues - Proactively identifies and plans for potential risk, builds contingency plans, and takes action to mitigate risks - Coordinates and responds to requests for changes from original specifications - Develops business processes that ensure project meets all defined requirements - Develops and maintains technical and project documentation - Develops quality assurance test plans and directs quality assurance testing. - Prepares and presents the statement of work and proposals for clients in conjunction with business development management - Assists in, or coordinates when appropriate, the evaluation of vendor packages, contract negotiations and maintenance agreements - Remains current with new technology and industry best practices through training, networking, and personal initiative
Skills Required
Required Skills-At least 8 years experience in managing multiple IT projects, out of which 3 years has to be development , preferably in US, Europe etc.-BCS/MCS/MBA from a reputable university.- Exceptional Leadership, communication, consulting and project management skills -US citizen, green card holder or a valid visit/work visa preferred.-Solid working knowledge of project planning and business need justification process and methodology. PMI Certification preferred.- Ability to use project management skills to manage projects and teams. Ability to prioritize and plan within the project while ensuring all relevant factors and issues have been considered and resolved.- Ability to drive project implementation strategy and delivery plan. Excellent communication and critical thinking skills required.- Ability to adapt to change quickly. Ability to influence and manage diverse cross-functional teams.- Strong ability to perform diplomatic facilitation using sound negotiation skills and consensus building techniques.
