We have been retained as a Consultant for Detail Design, Design Review & Site Supervision for Saudi Electricity Consolidated Company (SECCO) in Saudi Arabia & Dubai Electricity & Water Authority ( DEWA) in Dubai for implementation 132/11 KV Substations . The company is having track record of 25 years in consulting services & also has manufacturing division. The nature of Job is to do the Detail Design for 132/11 KV Substations which comprises of Civil, Electrical, Protection, Mechanical & Architectural activities, Review of Design done by other Contracting companies. Site Construction supervision which comprises of monitoring Civil Works, QA/QC , Electrical work . Lastly Intalallation , Testing & Commissioning ( Witness) of Substation equipments like Power Transformer, GIS , SWGR , Control & Protection Panels, HV/LV cabling, Mechanical works which comprises of witnessing of Installation, Testing & Commissioning of EOT crane, piping , HVAC, Fire Fighting system etc. For the above we have the opening for Engineers in Dubai. The engineers must be a Graduate Engineer with minimum work experience of 5- 10 years & good command on English, know how of Arabic language will be considered as an additional advantage. Engineers with Expereince In Testing & Commissioning can apply of post of Testing & Commissioning Engineer .

Job Description
The profile of Job is to do the Detail Engineering Design for 132/11 KV Substations which comprises of Civil, Electrical, Protection, Mechanical & Architectural activities. Electrical Engineer Electrical Engineer responsibilities shall be - Preparation of Equipment layout, SLDS, Protection Schemes & Logic, Signal list, CT/VT Calculations, Cable Sizing, Battery Sizing, Cable Tray layout, Cable Routing details etc. The above responsibilities are applicable for Detail Engineering & Review works. Structural Civil Engineer Structural Civil Engineers responsibilities shall be study & analysis of Soil Investigation report, Preparation of Framing plans, structural modeling using ETAB STAD PRO, SAFE, Calculations etc. Preparation of Bar Bending schedule, Review of Materials, Underground services etc. The above responsibilities are applicable for Detail Engineering & Review works. Building Service Engineer Building Service Engineer responsibilities shall be for preparation of HVAC layout, HVAC Calculations, Fire alarm layout, Plumbing Services. The above responsibilities are applicable for Detail Engineering & Review works.

Desired Candidate's Profile
Profile
Engineers must have minimum qualification of Graduations & have good work experience in Engineering Design works for 400/132/11 KV S/s & Power Plants in GULF REGION. Electrical Engineer has to prepare Equipment Layout for GIS S/s., Earthing Cal, Cable sizing, Duct Bank Layout, Small & Lighting power, Review of Vendor Drawings, CT/PT Cal. Review of Schemes etc. He must have good know how of IEC standards. Gulf Experience will be preferred. Civil Engineer must have good working hand in ETAB, STAD PRO, SAFE, Prokon, Building codes, BS Standards etc. Civil Engineer has to perform Structural calculations, modeling, cable routing layouts, review of Material Submittals, Quality Checks etc. Civil Engineer must have an exposure in GIS S/s Building Service Engineer must have adequate knowledge about the NFPA standards, requirement of Civil Defense , Plumbing codes , Fire Fighting system etc.
