Cleaning Supervisor with experience, required

AED 3,500 p.m.


We are looking for a Cleaning Supervisor . Experience in Cleaning Company and in locations like airport, office building, malls, towers etc will be preferred.
The key job responsibilities will include:
• Assist the Assistant Cleaning Manager in planning, supervision and allocation of resource to all aspects of cleaning
• Supervise and oversee the cleaning of equipment and premises such as car parks, ancillary buildings and offices as assigned and undertake the other cleaning tasks as required;
• Responsible for keeping the cleaning equipment in good condition;
• Report to Assistant Cleaning Manager for purchase of cleaning products;
• Advise the Assistant Cleaning Manager of any training needs for either their staff or themselves;
• Assist in detailing the cleaning records and any other associated duties as appropriate;
• Perform shift and emergency duties when required;
• Manage and control stock of cleaning consumables and supplies
• Perform and carry out other duties as instructed / directed by the Assistant Cleaning Manager and Facilities & Cleaning Managers.
• Technical, Financial and People Accountabilities
• Supervise a team of cleaners with an aim to meet the committed performance target of cleanliness. Salary offered is AED 3500 + Accommodation + Transport.
