A group holdings company in the UAE is seeking a Group Head of Legal to provide legal advice to all industry sectors within the business. This is a great opportunity for an experienced individual who is looking to join an established and rapidly growing business within the region. My client is looking for candidates with at least 12 years PQE and broad industry experience in corporate, commercial and litigation issues. The ideal candidate will be a reactive/proactive individual who will offer legal advice and solutions to help support the business. You should have the ability and experience to manage and support a team of junior lawyers as well as attend board meetings with founders and senior members of the business. Candidates should ideally be western educated and hold an LLM. All applicants should be fluent in both written and spoken English and Arabic.
