Our client, an Oil and Gas company is urgently seeking a Territory Manager
Key Responsibilities and duties:
1) Maintain customer and channel relationships to ensure sustained business and sufficient feedback for ongoing business alignment with the marketplace
2) Ensure sustained adequate profitability and maximized revenue through balanced pricediscount structure
3) Promote the organisation's hydraulic products aiming to reach sales and profit target in the territory
4) Analyze the territory to define key target customers, as well as potential distributors
5) Establish and develop successful partnership with distributors on the Territory
6) Establish and develop in-depth understanding of business environment and hydraulic equipment market, including competitors analysis, market trends
7) Promote the organisation's products, systems and services in the assigned territory by organizing and execute presentations, seminars, product demonstrations and training
8) Monitor an coordinate the follow-up of sales contracts
9) Setting up a monthly and weekly sales planning and reports of the territory
10) Create (key) account plans
11) Provide monthly order-intake forecast for the in the assigned region
12) Ensure customer satisfaction (e.g. feedback on customer complaints, build partnerships)
13) Communicate with Inside Sales and Marketing department and exchange all relevant information about products, services and customer needs of the customers
14) Continuously evaluate effectiveness of distribution network
15) Submit accurate expense reports on a monthly basis
