A young, dynamic company in the high-end (Apparels and Accessories) fashion retail business, is seeking to recruit a Sales and Marketing Manager for immediate hiring.
Responsibilities will include:
Hiring and managing a team of Store Managers.
Developing and expanding current operations of mono and multi-brand boutiques.
Suggesting expansions and acquisitions of new brands and businesses, supported by business plans and feasibility studies.
Participating in the seasonal purchasing activities.
Establishing sales targets for each sales unit and managing the operations and the sales staff.
Planning and implementing promotion and offer strategies.
Developing customer loyalty programs.
Planning and executing effective marketing strategies.
